What is recorded here

Half-submerged in Galway Bay, Tawin Island hides a precise eight-pointed field system beneath its saltmarsh. Banks only twenty centimetres high radiate from a central enclosure, yet that much shallower than a boot heel defies casual sight. An aircraft revealed the geometry in 1999, proving the flat island once supported deliberate human organisation. The sea has not erased the thought behind the work; it has merely waited for someone to stop judging the landscape from inside it.
Tawin Island is recorded as a island in County Galway. Its open map record supplies this location and any linked names or public references.
