Sweat Ho. (Disused) is a sweathouse in Cashel (boyle By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. Sweat Ho. It stands on a terrace above an east-west stream fifty metres south, with an abandoned farmhouse forty metres east. The circular stone chamber has a 1.4-metre internal diameter, 1.8-metre height, slightly inclined walls and a lintelled roof.

Marked only on the 1914 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Built into a terrace above an E-W stream c. 50m to the N with an abandoned farmhouse c. 40m adjacent to the E. Circular stone-built chamber (int. diam.1.4m; H 1.8m) with slightly inclined walls and a lintelled roof. The entrance (Wth 0.5m; H 0.65m) is at NE.
