Sweat Ho is a vanished sweathouse hidden in a forested stream bank in County Leitrim, marked only on a 1907 map. People may have sat beside the water, breathed through heat, and left behind a shallow hollow rather than a grand ruin. The abandoned farmhouse above and the small western stream suggest a domestic place where the body was cleaned, tested, and remembered.

Situated on the N bank of a small W-E stream and c. 10m S of an abandoned farmhouse. A sweathouse is marked only on the 1907 edition of the OS 6-inch map. A small hollow (diam. c. 2m) is visible in the bank of the stream, in an area that is now forested (Bing 2013).
