Sweat Ho is a collapsed oval cairn on a steep Leitrim slope, marked as a sweat house only on an 1835 map. It has no visible entrance, denies the body entry, and forces imagination to do the work of seeing. The abandoned houses nearby suggest people once lived with this contradiction, perhaps using the ho for heat, ritual or simply remembering what the land could hold.

Situated on a steep S-facing slope in dense scrub, and with abandoned houses c. 150m to the SW and SE. Indicated as a sweat house only on the 1835 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. This is an oval overgrown cairn (dims 4m x 2m; H 1m) with a collapsed roof, but there is no visible entrance.
