Stubble, Churn Hill is a prominent chalk hill in the Chiltern Hills, rising to approximately 260 meters. It is part of the Churn Formation, a geological feature associated with the Upper Cretaceous period, and its name may derive from the Old English for a rounded hill. The area is of historical and environmental significance, lying within the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
