Structure

Two pieces of broken alder and ash brushwood lying 0.65m apart on the field surface (L 1.5m; Wth 0.7m; D 0.04m). The wood is desiccated and is orientated NW-SE. SMR OF015-353----, a single stake located 3.8m to the NW, may be associated. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1996. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
