Structure

A single post (L 0.16m; diam. 0.075m), that appears to have been flattened, at an angle of 20° to the field surface. It is in good condition and has a metal-cut pencil point. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2003. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
