Structure

A poorly preserved roundwood (L 0.14m min.; diam. 0.072m) in the drain face in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with ericaceous remains. SMR OF026-080---- is 3.99m to the SW and SMR OF026-082---- and SMR OF026-083---- are 2.47m and 2.58m to the NE respectively. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2003. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
