What is recorded here

This structure consisted of a deposit (L 3.95m; Wth 0.78m; D 0.18m) of two roundwoods (diam. 0.06-0.1m) and eight pieces of brushwood (diam. 0.02-0.05m). The elements were loosely but regularly laid and were orientated NE-SW. Metal-cut toolmarks were present on four pieces, however, the condition of the wood was poor. The deposit was situated c. 5m NW of the S end of a togher (LF004-007----) (Moore and O’Connor 2009a, 39, EDC 39). Compiled by: Mary Tunney based on data kindly supplied by Caitríona Moore. Date of upload: 26 August 2011

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
