What is recorded here

Two pieces of light brushwood and a stake in the drain face (L 0.93m; Wth 0.18m; D 0.02m). The pieces are dispersed and do not share a common orientation. The stake (diam. 0.025m) sits at an angle of 60°. The site is situated in poorly humified Sphagnum peat. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1993. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
