No. Of a kind: A band of half-split timbers, irregular off-splits and two pieces of light brushwood (Wth 4.96m; D 0.18m). The elements are sparsely and irregularly laid and do not form a coherent structure. The off-splits occasionally occur in small groups and one sits at an angle of 45° but this does not appear to have been functional. All of the wood is in poor condition. A band of half-split timbers, irregular off-splits and two pieces of light brushwood (Wth 4.96m; D 0.18m). The elements are sparsely and irregularly laid and do not form a coherent structure. The off-splits occasionally occur in small groups and one sits at an angle of 45° but this does not appear to have been functional. All of the wood is in poor condition. A small lens of sand lies beneath one of the half-split timbers. The site sits in well-humified, minerogenic Sphagnum peat containing occasional Calluna and much natural wood. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2001. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
