Structure

A single piece of brushwood (L 0.32m min.; diam. 0.046m). It has a metal-cut toolmark, is in moderate condition and lies in poorly humified Sphagnum peat with Eriophorum. SMR OF019-080---- lies 3.9m to the W. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2002. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
