Structure

Three pieces of light brushwood interspersed with occasional twigs on the field surface (L 0.564m; Wth 0.51m; D 0.12m). The elements are irregularly laid and lie in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with some Eriophorum and ericaceous remains. SMR OF019-058---- is 2.8m to the SE. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2002. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
