Structure

A single roundwood (L 1.28m min.; diam. 0.08m) evident on the field surface and in the drain face. The wood is in good condition with limited machine damage and is in moderately humified Sphagnum peat. SMR OF019-108---- is within 5m of this site. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2002. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
