Structure

A dispersed arrangement (Wth 1.1m; D 0.25m) of mixed birch brushwood and roundwoods. The pieces are irregularly orientated and a distinct structure is not apparent. The wood is in poor condition and only one piece, a split roundwood, appears to have been worked. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1996. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
