Detached five-bay two-storey house, built c. 1810, with glass house to left hand side and porch surrounding front door. Extension to right hand side rear. Hipped natural slate roof with concrete bargings, nap rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Pitched natural slate roof to extensions. Nap rendered walls. Limestone roughly dressed walls and nap rendered walls to extension. Timber sliding sash windows with stone sills and red brick surrounds. Timber panelled door. Roughcast rendered boundary wall with cast-metal gates.
