Freestanding five-bay single-storey chapel, built c. 1915, the second and fourth bays are gabled projecting entrance bays. Hipped artificial slate roof with pitched artificial slate roof to gabled bays and having uPVC rainwater goods. Painted nap rendered walls. Leaded stained glazing in timber lancet arches. Timber matchboard doors in lancet openings with wrought-iron hinges.
