Multi-gabled coursed rubble limestone and sandstone warehouses, c. 1870, two-storey to rear and incorporating large area enclosed by limestone and sandstone wall. Corrugated asbestos pitched roofs and slate hipped roof to Lapp's Quay elevation. Radically refurbished and altered to accommodate car showroom and associated offices, c. 1980.
Although much altered the building is recognisable as a typical limestone and sandstone Cork industrial building, and occupies an important site on the Quays.
