Corner-sited seven-bay five-storey former warehouse, built c. 1835, now in use as retail outlet and workshops. Pitched artificial slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods. Limestone rubble walls with ashlar quoins, having cement rendered walls to ground floor with painted metal and plastic shop-signs. Fixed timber windows/boarded/blocked windows with red brick flat arches and slate sills. Blocked-up elliptical-arched former opening. Fixed timber window and timber glazed door to ground floor of gable end.
