Detached gable-fronted single-bay double-height former railway goods shed, built 1893, later used as maritime warehouse, now disused. Pitched slate roof. Rubble stone walls with red brick quoins. Camber-headed openings with red brick block-and-start surrounds and limestone sills. Square-headed door opening with red brick block-and-start surrounds and vertical timber panelled gable. Train tracks to site (west).

Structure associated with former railway station, former master's house, and signal as part of the railway complex in Baltimore. The complex is a reminder of the former railway network that existed in Ireland in the late nineteenth century.
