This stone sculpture was referred to in the The 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork - vol. 4 North Cork' (2000, 663) under the entry (no. 14937) for an associated country house (CO007-127001-). The reference in the entry to the stone sculpture reads: 'carved stone head with turban on SW gable, above oculus.'
