What is recorded here

Dunsy Island on the Antrim coast held a medieval stone fish trap, a deliberate cage of rocks built to catch what the sea offered. The stones still mark human patience: reading tides, waiting for movement, taking only what the water brought. That much is clear. Whether the trap served a village, a passing boat or a forgotten family belongs to legend now. The sea keeps the rest.
