No visible trace remains in Craig, only a forgotten point on an old survey. That absence does not diminish the place; it preserves the risk of imagining false certainty. An unknown hand may have set stones around a boundary, marked a burial, or enclosed a small ceremony before memory failed. The missing site still asks the living to witness what they did not record.
