What is recorded here

Two granite boulders on a Laughanstown hillock still hold clean rectangular sockets, yet only one cross stands beside them. The missing second cross has vanished without a trace, leaving behind a geometric question rather than a answered history. The visible cross was later set into one socket, changing its relationship to the ground and hiding whatever truth the original placement might have held.
