Mortons Field, Lisserluss, County Antrim: a standing stone marked a battle site in medieval or uncertain times. Whether it recorded victory, defeat or warning remains unknown. The stone still stands where human lives ended suddenly, preserving the shape of a moment nobody wrote down.
