What is recorded here

Rosleague holds a squat granite boulder on a bog slope above Ballynakill Harbour, standing beside a larger fallen stone as if in interrupted conversation. It is not a tall monument or a proud marker; it is a compact witness set into the wet earth, with another standing stone visible across the distance. The place suggests people once read the landscape through stone, tide and memory rather than through grandeur.

On N-facing slope in cutaway bog overlooking Ballynakill Harbour to NW. Squat granite boulder, oval in plan (H 0.65m). Immediately to SE is a prostrate stone, partly obscured (> 1.55m by 0.55m).
