Standing stone in Letter (carbery West (w.d) By., Skull Par.) stands 1.5m tall in rough gorse and heather pasture east of Barnacleve, its rectangular body angled ENE-WSW with a flat top sloping gently westward. Stones protrude from the bog immediately beside it, as if the earth is still breathing out the rest of the shape. People may have marked this spot for rain, border, warning or memory before written records reached it.

In rough gorse and heather-covered hill pasture, on a N-facing slope to the E of Barnacleve. This standing stone (1.65m x 0.45m; H 1.5m) is roughly rectangular in plan and is orientated ENE-WSW. The WSW side slopes gradually inward as it rises to a flat top that slopes gently to the WSW. Stones protrude from the bog immediately to the E of the stone.
