Killaclug holds a subrectangular standing stone, 1.3m high, set on a south-facing pasture slope with its long axis stretched east to west. Packing stones still crowd its base, suggesting hands forced it upright rather than leaving it to chance. It may have marked a boundary, a meeting place or a warning about invisible claims. The stone remains clear while human intent blurs, which is why it still stops a person mid-stride.
