What is recorded here

Kilcolman still holds one stone from a forgotten circle. The others vanished or were buried, but this one survived by becoming useful, fitted into a gate where people touched it daily. Forgetting and use are not enemies; they are partners. The circle was lost because one stone stopped being exceptional and became ordinary.

Standing stone, said to have originally stood with several others, now used as a gate post (Ó Riordain 1932, 5). Exact location not found.
