What is recorded here

Glannaharee East held two stones, one standing and one fallen, forty-five feet apart in John Riordan's land. Bowman measured them in 1934 before the exact spot faded from memory. The larger lay recumbent like a sleeper, while the smaller rose four feet seven inches into the Cork sky. Whatever boundary, marker or worship they served, human hands placed them there and human forgetting removed them again.

Bowman (1934, 538) recorded two 'dallans in John Riordan's. Orientation N and S 45ft apart. (a) 4ft 7in by 3ft 10in by 10in. (b) 7ft 3in by 1ft 3in by 1ft 5in, recumbent'. Exact location not known.
