On an east-facing slope beside Gleann na nGealt in County Kerry, a 2.2m stone leans slightly west, its narrow base widening to a rounded top. It has watched the valley breathe through seasons, perhaps marking a boundary, a memorial or a place where people gathered before roads arrived. Its quiet tilt suggests patience rather than pride, as if it still listens for footsteps that once came and went.

On a gentle E facing slope at the base of the ridge defining the W side of Gleann na nGealt, this stone stands 2.2m high and measures 1.4m x .34m at base tapering to a rounded top; NNE-SSW.
