What is recorded here

Located in bog on the S slopes of Knocklomena mountain, SW of Lough Fadda, this standing stone overlooks Kenmare Bay to S. It inclines slightly to SE, and a split runs the length of its SE face. Rectangular in elevation, it stands 1.15m high and measures .85m and .5m in basal dimensions; NE-SW. Packing stones are visible in the peat at its base. It is not marked on the OS maps.
