Standing stone in Cromwell

The precise location of this possible standing stone on Cromwell Hill has not been identified. It was described in 1922 as follows; ‘Between these cairns [LI033-050001-/059----], in the "dip" of the hill, is a small limestone pillar 5 feet ten inches (1.8m) high by 10 inches (0.25m) by 9 inches (0.23m); now used for a gatepost, pillar, 5 feet 10 inches high by 10 inches by 9 inches, now used for a gate-post, but (like the little pillars on the Eagle Mount, near Bruree, and Knockastoolery, near the cliffs of Moher, in Co.
