What is recorded here

Coomatallin in County Cork, Ireland, once held a large cromlech recorded in the middle of the last century. That is all that still stands in evidence; the stones themselves have slipped from the land or been taken into walls, roads and forgetting. A place can lose its visible shape and keep its memory, but Coomatallin has given back even the memory of where it stood.
