Clonrobin is a place where a tall stone once stood before men buried it. P. O'Sullivan's land held the monument when Bowman measured it at four and a half feet in 1934. They dug a hole, pushed the dallan inside and covered it with earth. The exact spot has vanished, leaving behind a forgotten act of removal rather than a preserved landmark.

Bowman (1934, 414) recorded standing stone on P. O'Sullivan's land; 'This was about 41/2ft high. A hole was dug at the base, the dallan was pushed into it and buried'. Exact location not known.
