What is recorded here

Located on a steep N-facing slope overlooking the floodplain of the River Suir. This is a shapeless, conglomerate stone with a subrectangular cross-section (dims. 0.4m x 0.35m; max. H 1.25m) and no discernible orientation. Standing stone (WA003-087----) is c. 200m to the NW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
