Standing stone in Barleyfield is a rectangular stone aligned north-south in a south-facing pasture slope in County Cork, Ireland. It stands one metre high and measures roughly twenty-five by eighteen centimetres at its base. A person may have set it there to mark a boundary, honour a loss or aid another person along a forgotten path. The stone still occupies that small part of the field, waiting to be remembered.
