A tall square-shaped limestone slab (H 1.45m; dims. 1.04m x 0.25m) orientated on a NNW-SSE axis. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary. Probably dates to the Bronze Age, given its association with a ring-barrow and upland location typical of ritual or funerary monuments. Its orientation and positioning may have had ceremonial or territorial significance, though specific folklore or use remains unrecorded.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
