What is recorded here

Ballyoughtera is a standing stone on a north-west facing slope in County Cork, recorded in 1996 but not found during a later inspection. It may have been buried, moved or misremembered, yet the valley still holds the shape of the place where it stood.

In a pasture, on a NW-facing slope overlooking a valley to the NW. A possible standing stone (0.6-0.7m x 0.4m; H 1m) of irregular shape was recorded in this location in 1996.
