What is recorded here

St Sunday Crag is a small upland crag in the Lakeland fells, with an elevation of approximately 300–350 metres. It is composed of Carboniferous limestone and is part of the wider geological structure of the Southern Uplands. The name may derive from a local saint or ancient festival, though specific folklore is not well documented.
