St. Molaises Well in County Carlow remains a living ritual site where people still seek water beside a granite cross. The clear flow suggests an unbroken line of human trust stretching back through centuries of local memory.

St. Molaises Well is associated with St. Molaise, an early Irish Christian saint believed to have been a companion of St. Brigid. The well is traditionally linked to healing cures, particularly for eye ailments, and was a site of pilgrimage and ritual washing.
