Detached three-bay two-storey presbytery, c. 1855; attached to church by single-storey link building. Pitched roof, rendered chimney stacks, having rubble limestone with brick arches over opening, date plaque to south gable, replacement uPVC casement windows; within grounds of St Finbarr's South.
Well maintained mid nineteenth-century presbytery, retaining some original external fabric, important as part of group with church.
