Site of Kilpatrick Church is a church in Kilpatrick (Kilpatrick parish), County Tipperary, Ireland. The church stood on a low rise in undulating countryside with good views in all directions. White recorded part of the eastern gable and north wall standing in 1892, built of local flag stones with one cut stone beside a small eastern window. Curry later described the east gable and nine metres of the north wall, noting a breach that had removed the east window except two stones on its south side.

On low rise of ground in undulating countryside with good views in all directions. There are no surface remains of the church in the graveyard (TS051-041002-). According to White (1892, 55), 'Part of [the] eastern gable and north wall are still standing. They are built of the flag stones of the neighbourhood, while there is one cut stone at one of the sides of the eastern window, which must have been a small one'. Described by Curry in the OS letters (O'Flanagan, 1930, vol.1, 95) as consisting 'of the east gable and thirty feet [9m] of the length of the north wall attached to it. There is a breach on the gable extending from the ground to the top and this has swallowed up the east window except two stones of its south side on the outside, from which it appears that it was constructed of chiselled limestone. The part of the north wall remaining is three feet [0.9m] in thickness and eight feet [2.4m] in height and built of quarried red grit stones cemented with lime and mortar. The length of this church cannot now be ascertained as the west gable has totally disappeared, but its breadth was twenty five feet [7.6m], as can be ascertained from the foundation of the south wall still traceable'.
