Situated on a slight E-facing slope. Circular grass and scrub-covered area (diam. 33m) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (at NNW: Wth 2.5m; int. H 1.1m; ext. H 1.5m). The entrance may have been at W. A Man-made underground passage (WA026-024002-) was closed within living memory. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
