Marked faintly as a rectangular structure oriented E-W, and denoted 'Site of Church' at Parkatemple, on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Located in pasture on a steep E-facing slope overlooking the N-S Colligan River, c. 230m to the E. Described as the site of a penal church (Power 1937, 189), it is not visible at ground level.
