Silent Fright Buttress is a sea cliff composed primarily of Carboniferous limestone, formed around 300 million years ago through the accumulation of marine sediments. It is notable for its resistant rock formation, which has withstood coastal erosion to create a prominent and visually striking coastal feature near Swansea.
