In rough hill pasture, on a break, on the steep S-facing slopes of Knockantooreen. A circular area (5m N-S; 4.8m E-W) defined by a roughly constructed and partially collapsed drystone wall (T 0.4m; H 1m) which is best preserved along the N arc. The interior is heavily overgrown. Another enclosure (KE103-001001-) adjoins the NE arc. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
