What is recorded here

In level pasture, in the valley of the Sheen River. The remains of a rectangular hut site (5.2m E-W; 2.8m N-S) defined by a partially collapsed, drystone wall (T 0.7m; H 1.25m). The W wall is totally collapsed. There is an entrance (Wth 0.7m) at the centre of the E wall. Another hut site (KE102-013----) lies c. 20m to the N. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
