Peak of torment, anxiety
Sgùrr a' Ghreadaidh is a prominent peak in the Cuillin range on the Isle of Skye, Scotland, with an elevation of approximately 974 metres. Its name, meaning "Peak of torment," reflects the challenging and jagged terrain characteristic of the basaltic geology of the area. The mountain is significant for both its role in Scottish mountaineering and its cultural association with the dramatic landscapes of the Scottish Highlands.
