Seven Brethren

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Seven Brethren as Stone Circle (neolithic) - (bronze Age). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

A Neolithic or Bronze Age stone circle known as the Seven Brethren, likely used for ritual or ceremonial purposes. The name may reflect a later folklore tradition linking the stones to a group of brothers or spiritual figures.
